If the moderators moderated with the leniency that they have, and we operate with the culture of respect, I feel the asskissing could exist in a noman's land where no one would have to go. Not sure if I am explaining this correctly. I'm getting what your saying. Perhaps this could exist at a level ...

You guys do realize that if we rise to the occasion and create a culture where everyone is respectful of each others ideas.....the membership on this forum might double.

We would easily draw members from other forums.

Well, it does seem to be a better system for creating a feel of democracy and membership input. However, I think this is a lot of work, and possibly a big waste of time.
