I prefer to do what Canada is doing basically. Staying the fuck away from this topic all together. Side-liners. The teenager recording the entire thing on his cell phone (no clue how those fuckers do that...). I'm not taking sides here. I just want to watch WW3 from the sidelines. [popcorn] And hey...

I wish Canada gets tough on airline ads too and forces them to give you the end price and the correct info in their ads.

"Bad things happened at these schools but I tend to wonder how many natives actually received a good education and came out as better people. Of course we never hear those stories, just the bad ones. Just like we never hear of anything good that the non-natives have ever done for natives. Just ...

http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/americas/7438079.stm The Catholic Church in Canada has apparently never apologised to the Native Canadians for its role in the genocide in the residential schools. If this is true, then the Catholic Church should apologise without delay and also be a part of the healing pr...

"Boycotting the opening ceremonies (or the entire Olympics) won't happen either, unless the US does it first. I simply don't think Harper has the balls to be the first to do something that big." That is such a pity ... we should all take part in the protests being held by the Tibetans in V...

Canada should lead a boycott of the Olympics in China in Summer 2008. If the persecution in Tibet doesn’t stop, we would do well in not going to the Olympic Games this summer in China. Canada should not stay silent before one of the greatest human tragedies of the twentieth century which is being pl...

Watch the "Kite Runner" too. And read the book (by Khaled Hosseini) if you want to know more about Afghanistan and the plight of the women and children there. And "A Thousand splendid suns" by the same author too.
The Taliban wants to take this country back to the middle ages.

Canada should not support seperatist movements if it doesn't want other nations to support the idea of Quebec as a seperate state. Canadian politicians show sympathy to the Sikh seperatists who want the seperate state of "Khalistan" so that they can get their votes. These Sikhs have come t...

You should also visit the Vancouver Art Gallery (downtown on Robson St) and go to Grouse Mountain. Eat California Roll in a Sushi place or go to different ethnic restaurants. Vancouver is paradise for someone who likes to try different kinds of food. There are some amazing Greek restaurants.
