What exactly are they saying? Are we FOR killing the thousand year old coral? Or we looking for other solutions? Im kinda lost....I kept seeing "moratorium" and thinking ....what the hell does that mean?

Yes Tricks, your wrong. And you know why? Becuase the definition of "opinion" is a FACT. It is a word that holds a certain meaning. The way you are trying to use it is WRONG. Opinion does NOT equal fact. It could. But they are NOT one in the same.
