| Military service has its pros, but I don't see how Canada would induct, train, equip, feed, transport, and manage the large group of new soldiers who would be drafted annually. | I met Mr. Francis on a couple of occasions after he left the Speaker's Chair. He was a true gentleman in every sense of the word and served Canada and Canadians long and well. |
