| Politics apart, what I think is that building a new pipeline across the Mountains would be harder than building a new pipeline on the flats of east Canada towards NB. |

| I'm not a pipeline engineer but I know that most of the pipeline for Energy East is already there. It's a gas pipeline to be converted to oil. Is it safe ?
