That's not a lot and like I said, most are elderly. But it means that if you have to go to ICU, let's ho...

If he's not allowed to tell the police to enforce the law, then who's supposed to? They are, the cops. Weren't you one of the ones bitching because the PMO tried to get the AG to use a law they specifically made for SNC Lavalin? Wasn't THAT too much political interference for you? What do you think...

But does any province in Canada own and operate any such care facilities? If not then why the objection to private firms providing a service the government does not provide? To my knowledge, all provinces own and operate facilitates something like this. They are also the first on the block for budg...

Voted. Pretty sad when you're sitting there with the piece of paper and all you can think is "No matter which one gets the X, I'm not going to feel good about this." Then you shouldn't feel bad that you had no other choices. I'm still not hopeful that a candidate from the BQ is running in...

I’m no fan of bombardier and a corporation of that size being run on a hereditary basis by descendants of the founder instead of hiring the most qualified people is probably a recipe for disaster. If they own the majority of the corporation then it's their choice to run the company or not. Also, wh...

Here in Montreal, we had very cold weather (-20+) last week and one day of rain last Thursday and then again cold. And snow. I'm working downtown and most of the sidewalks have about 2 inches of ice mixed with snow. I'm more worried about falling while walking. Two years ago, the city boroughs decid...

Quebec hasn't signed the Constitution. Yes, it signed it. Quebec was one of the four provinces creating Canada with the British North America Act in 1867. The Constitution Act of 1982 changed a lot of things (patriation, Bill of Rights, etc), but they were still amendments to the BNA Act, the Const...
