The Taser is a good tool when used as a weapon of last resort prior to esclating to deadly force.
The reality for many Police responders is it is a weapon of first use when common sence and communication should have been tried to defuse many incidents. |

China has publicly shook their heads at Burma, in a big brotherly way so what's the military and political reprecussions of air dropping aid directly to the affected areas? Think the generals would want to launch some missiles or fighters? Well, I never thought of the air drop route. I think it wou... |

Harper really said nothing new here. As far as I could tell he just signalled he intends to ensure military funding will basically keep place with inflation. The intent to make us a 100K strong force is nice but will take 20 years to get there with trained personnel. While the next government may de... |

commanderkai commanderkai: As much as fuel is going up, they really should increase service to more than a Coke and a bag of peanuts.
I flew AC a couple of weeks ago, they had to delay my flight because my seat was missing its seatbase cushion, they had to rob one from another aircraft...... |

Much as I would like to make this an anti Air Canada rant, the fact is I think all airlines will be forced to follow suit or go broke. |

On the track I'm a big fan of horsepower, too much is just enough as they say. I'm not a big fan of dangerous driving as this twit was doing. Hope the fine is many thousands of dollars. I'm sure Ontario will charge him with street racing, impound his vehicle, suspend his licence and rightfully so. |
