man that missus in the pic has some massive hair! ok but back on track.. what makes you think that those who dont use all their rations are people sitting on their butts doing nothing?? I dont own a car so I dont buy gas, I have a small apartment and my heat bill is maybe 30 bucks in the summer. so...
