And just like that we're talking about something else. What happened to the topic at hand? What does Chretian have to do with Harper cutting the GST? Reducing the GST was a "bad" idea. But getting rid of it all together wasn't an issue. Why deflect from the issue at hand by bringing Chret...

It will most likely be the RedBlacks. The media in Ottawa is selling it hard saying that we should all give it a chance, that the name is unique, that in the end we will all end up loving it.

You mean just like the Democrats did with Obamacare? Yeah, it sucks when conservatives play by the same rules as the left, doesn't it? [but] I remember them changing it over and over to please the Republicans only to have them ask for more changes. That's one reason for the Single Payer option was ...

Dunno. How about some hard core porn as well? Is that restricted from prime time because people would be offended? Every nipple is blurred, every curse word is beeped out. Even on prime time or late night. But this offensive film is supposed to be ok. We can't post breast feeding pics because it of...

Although, given his rank I really can't see the information he stole and passed along as being of any great value. All I have to say is Private Bradley Manning . Oh, that and the probability that the 'unknown country' in this case is likely to be China. Can't remember where I read it, but I ...

Well this time he has his majority in the HoC and a very slim majority in the Senate. If he wants to change the Senate he can do so now without blaming the opposition at least. Adding more to the Senate at this point just shows that he was never serious about changing it in the first place. Yes, yo...

Just curious, but do we leave the Senate empty until which time we can abolish it? That's the sense I get from people who are trying to castigate Harper over making appointments. He has however, appointed democratically elected senators where he had the option. I personally think that's how it's go...
