There's a God.

I know because there's a few courses of recruits out there that said I put the fear of him into them, and they wouldn't dare lie to me...

Oh... I thought you were going to be referring to the site owner.

I'm still waiting for the scroll that outlines Jesus's boy toy on the side. Now that would be a bit more of a shakeup than hearing that he was in fact married.

Meh, wouldn't surprise me at all. When in Rome... after all...

It wasn't exactly an unknown occurrence in his day after all.

I'm not so sure religion will never go away. If you take the western world for example, congregations seem to shrink every year and more and more people claim no religion. It seems to have some similarity to birth rate, people in first world economies seem to have less children on average than other...

Absolutely not! The universe and every living thing in it is so precise each in harmony with the other that it could not have possibly "just happened" without a designer. "The wisdom of the world is foolishness to God" That, as they say, is a leap of faith. I personally say it c...

Maybe these eggheads should be more concerned with curing disease and solving famine (you know, do some good in the world) instead of tackling people's belief systems. It's hard to get through to some people who choose their faith over the cold hard facts presented to them when making choices relat...

Or people with those kinds of diseases could simply not produce children at all? It's easy to say but not to easy for these couples to do. While I agree with CanadianJeff that the easiest solution is to adopt so you avoid the complication of passing on these bad genes many couples really want to ha...

I'm just happy I don't have to make the choice since the only cell I have is company issue and the company pays for it. Sure it's a Blackberry but that isn't a big deal since I rarely use it for more than making calls or reviewing email anyway. For toys I have an iPad, I love it but again it was a g...

I honestly couldn't care less about locked out millionaires. During the last lockout I was a pretty happy camper not having to hear about the NHL all winter long.

I've used their advertising, but like GM, I'm not sure of how effective it is although I'm sure for some products it is probably quite effective. The thing about it is it is super cheap (as low $1/day), massively targetable (as you said), and easy to set up. But I also sort of agree with DrC, their...

The minority should be able to keep her in check, assuming the other parties can work together to shoot down any new forms of idiocy she tries to spread.

Reality is usually way more fucked up than fiction, who would even script the kind of crap that goes on on these shows. They show humanity in all it's messed up glory. To think some people believe we're the most advanced species on the planet. At least most other animals have no illusions about what...
