Before anyone starts to argue for the ability of 13 year olds to consent, a privilege that starts at 14 under Canadian Law, I believe the crux is that the policeman failed to provide evidence of his 13ness.

| I'm pretty sure you have to jam something into something to get Indecent Sexual assault, a crime with a maximum penalty of 10 years. Ordinary Sexual Assault pretty much tops out around a kiss and a grope and it's worth a maximum of 2 years. But then it was a few years ago and I was reading the abrid... |
