Psudo Psudo: $1: We cannot learn from one another until we stop shouting at one another - until we speak quietly enough so that our words can be heard as well as our voices.
The precise and logical answer to that is that text being text and NOT sound or voices can NOT shout, irrespective of the use of capitals. |

How so? Legally there is what is called informed consent, which means that you have a complete understanding of what you are consenting to. I would tend to suspect that psychological, psychiatric, intellectual and social issues that are frequently present in these situations totally mask and compli... |

I think that the "consensual" aspect of incest becomes very much open to question. |

The personal attacks have gotten out of hand. The criticism of people for their grammar, spelling or content has been apparent for a long time . Even some of our most decorated members are guilty of that. Maybe this will turn the page. Good idea Trevor. I do not see this as any sort of problem. The... |

Interesting that the contracts of workers can be broken to demand pay cuts and other concessions but the contracts of incompetent CEOs can't be touched. |

You can't void the bonuses written into their employment contracts. These aren't meaningless union contracts, they're contracts with real people . Normally bonuses are for top performance which has led to profit for the company. Why are they called bonuses if they are written into contracts as a re... |

100% with Flaherty on this one. Its not the government's job to bail out FOREIGN private firms. Actually, it is, IF the result is positive for the economy of Ontario and the welfare of the general electorate. On the other hand, since that may not be the case, not bailing them out could be the corre... |

I know lots of Case law, most cases based on sloppy police work gets tossed, police have to follow what is called form, if they do not then the cases are null and void. I know alot of cops, and I'd say the work they do is anything but disorganized and sloppy. but I can see you believe that the righ... |
