    I still get pissed off with that term. Richard Feynman led the investigation into the incident, and it wasn't an 'accident', it was because people ignored the safety rules. 'Addicents' are unavoidable, this incident could have been avoided. :(

    Agreed. And the people who warned that the O-rings were not safe at low temperatures were retaliated against by the same NASA bureaucracy that persecutes anyone who dares to speak out against the AGW orthodoxy.
