There seem to be a lot of these stories that come out of Texas. Remember that rich guy who dismembered his lover, but got off somehow? We're bad enough in Canada, but in the states money really does seem to buy a whole different kind of "justice."
TV said the most he can get is 180 days for breaking his parole, then he's out on parole again. His mom tho could face 10 years in prison.

No doubt it's getting scarier out there every day. Hope his mom does the time he should have been doing but given she probably also suffers from afluenza it's highly unlikely she'll do much if any time either.
And send his parents to jail with him. They're as responsible for his crimes as he is.
Maybe there should be a telethon for those like him. Hmmm... what kind of celebrities could we get to take part in this?
And here's mom too.
There's a small chance that this classic Innsmouth look is caused by breeding issues, as in her own mom fucked and got knocked up by a demonic fish-man who lived in a hideous city 3000 feet under the surface of the ocean. In reality it's most likely a result of mom pounding back at least three 40 ouncers a week herself and has been doing it since getting out of high school.
And speaking of demonic wall-eyed fish-men, here's dad:
Shhh! Don't mock him. He's rich and that makes everything OK.
The DOG didn't get him?
But... But... He suffers from affluenza, the poor soul. A "condition" seemingly without a cure though I'm sure someone could come up with something.
Maybe there should be a telethon for those like him. Hmmm... what kind of celebrities could we get to take part in this?
Leonardo DiCaprio.
Since he can't tell the difference between global warming and a Chinook this one should be right up his alley.
FFS if they're smart they'll put Little Lord Fauntleroy in jail to finish his sentence this time. Afluenza as an illness only lasts so long and then you're healthy enough to accept personal responsibility.
I'm sure that there are plenty of convicts who'd be more than happy to give the precious little snowflake the kind of attention he feels he's entitled to...

Yes, they will open up a whole new world to the little tyke.
Texas teen Ethan Couch, who used 'affluenza' in his defence for a deadly crash, was jailed after violating his probation

FORT WORTH, TEXASThe Texas teenager who used an affluenza defence in a fatal drunken-driving wreck must serve nearly two years in jail, a judge ordered Wednesday.
Ethan Couch, who turned 19 Monday, was making his first appearance in adult court.
Initially, state District Judge Wayne Salvant said he would not immediately rule on how much longer Couch would spend in Tarrant County jail. But he reconsidered his ruling after hearing an argument from prosecutors that Couch should be sentenced not to a maximum of 120 days in jail, but for 180 days for each of four counts of intoxication manslaughter under a separate part of Texas code.
The terms will be served consecutively. It was not clear if that would include the time Couch has already spent in jail.
A juvenile court judge originally sentenced Couch only to probation, angering the families of his victims and prosecutors who had pushed for detention time.
Further sparking outrage was the contention of a defence psychologist, Dr. Dick Miller, that Couch had been coddled into a dangerous sense of irresponsibility by his wealthy parents. Miller used the term affluenza, which has stuck with the case ever since.
Couch ended up in trouble again last year after a cellphone video showed him at what appeared to be a party with alcohol. Drinking alcohol is a violation of Couchs probation. Shortly after the video surfaced, Couch and his mother, Tonya, fled to Mexico.
The two were apprehended in a Mexican resort city in December and sent back to the United States. Couch has been in custody since.
Couch lost control of his familys pickup truck after he and his friends had played beer pong and drank beer that some of them had stolen from a Walmart. He veered into a crowd of people helping the driver of a disabled vehicle on the side of the road. Authorities later estimated that he was going 70 mph in a 40 mph zone.
Confined to a wheelchair, Sergio Molina, front, and Isaiah McLaughlin, right, were injured in an accident caused by Ethan Couch in 2013.
The crash fatally injured the stranded motorist, a youth minister who stopped to help her and a mother and daughter who came out of their nearby home.
Couch was found to have had a blood-alcohol level three times the legal limit for adult drivers.
It was not Couchs first run-in with the law. At 15, Couch was given two citations after a police officer found him behind the wheel of a pickup truck next to a half-naked girl, with an open vodka bottle on the back seat floor.
I spoke with him at some length about the various consequences of his driving and drinking, a police officer wrote in a report, such as effects on (his) drivers license and his path in life, especially DWI and even killing someone in a DWI.
Ethans father, Fred, runs a roofing and construction company and has faced lawsuits over a $100,000 debt and allegations of sexual harassment. Tonya Couch has been charged with hindering the apprehension of a felon for helping Ethan flee to Mexico.
Miller, the psychologist who suggested Couch had affluenza, blamed Couchs parents at his sentencing for having taught him a system thats 180 degrees from rational. If you hurt someone, say youre sorry. In that family, if you hurt someone, send some money.

6 months per every person you kill is pretty good time, if you can get it. Especially after violating probation and fleeing the country.
That's what lives are worth now.
