What does it mean? Does it matter? I don't know but I find it interesting how police manage to lock up some info tight as a drum, when in other cases they seem to be falling over themselves to slip the favored media details that might push the right agenda buttons.

But witnesses hear a woman screaming "Allahu Akbar" who's driving into crowds in front of the Miss Universe pageant on the LA strip, and that apparently is not worth mentioning.
Even if the story is not true, tell me how the other guys got that detail wrong CBC.

In all fairness, this woman looks to be a prostitute who went batshit crazy and there's nothing in her history that I've seen so far that indicates she's actually a Muslim.

In her 2012 video, Holloway said she was homeless in high school and nearly failing all her classes.
But she graduated with a B+ average, went on to college and started working with the U.S. Forest Service.
"Today, I am not the same scared girl I used to be," she said in the video. "I'm a mature young woman who has broken many generational cycle(s) that those before me hadn't."

I said she appears to be a prostitute because her story is that she was in Las Vegas and working as a 'model'. TMZ found some of her 'portfolio' that was clearly shot by an amateur and with a cell phone - the pictures look more like what you would see on Craig's List for 'escorts' than they look like anything for a legitimate modeling site like for instance the marginally legitimate 'Model Mayhem'.

Lisa and I do photography and over the years we've both occasionally been approached by self-labeled 'models' who send me their pictures to introduce themselves. I run the shots on TinEye and if they come up on escort ads I refuse the business. Thus I'm pretty familiar with what these pix look like and Ms. Holloway's shots on TMZ (click into the link for the obvious hooker shots) are pretty obvious.

I'll give you another example. Do you remember Robert Dear? The "Planned Parenthood shooter.
Well one of the local newspapers interviewed a guy who was waiting in his car outside the office when Dear arrived.
I read it. He tells how what he first saw was a guy on all fours crawling from the parking lot into Planned Parenthood. Dear followed him in. Something happened in the parking lot. The guy was trying to escape it. Dear followed him into the PP office.
The observer guy started his car up to take off. Dear turned and pointed his gun at him.
OK so when the mainstream media repeated that story, they told you about Dear pointing the gun at the guy from the PP office, but they didn't tell you how he got there. Why not?
Even if you don't believe that detail, and you're reporting the story, call it alleged, if you like, but tell us the detail.

Further, maybe the remark lacked credibility? (Which it did) There's a lot of Americans would wouldn't hesitate to fabricate a story like this to further their agenda and get their 5 minutes of fame.

My point was the CBC will tell you some alleged witnesses remarks, but not others. It doesn't matter if they're believed. Say "alleged" if you like, but tell us the whole story.
So what you're really asking is what witnesses did the CBC use in the article you don't seem to have read. They used a valet's remarks and a guy who was watching while sitting having dinner, but they did not use the witness who claimed he heard the woman screaming out the car window as she swerved to smash into people.
