Yay the plague! what great news. Can we all get some please?

Poor guy, looks like his livelihood is done. Hopefully he recovers as healthy as possible.

Mental note: do not try to remove mouse from cats mouth, or maybe just stay away from mice all together.

This again? We already had this guy from Oregon. And the four corners area gets several cases a year. Nothing to see here.

You wouldn't if you knew that those were Muslim mice.

I had the plague once, but a half bottle of whiskey and a good nights sleep and I was cured! 8)

You should be so ashamed of yourself to catch the plague.

I once caught a salmon so it'd be pretty awesome to catch the plague, assuming it was in the legal limits, of course.

Oral helps most things. Is it true that squirrels carry the plague?

lots of rodents have the fleas that carry the disease. Gophers suffer from an endemic infestation.

    My fellow Canadians,

Hi, I'm TV Personality Mike Holmes for SOS American Villages.

I'd like to introduce you to Mr. Gaylord. Like many eleder citizens in his country, 60-year old Gaylord lives all alone in a leaky, rat-infested hut on the edge of town. Gaylord doesn't have savings or a pension and works with hands just to survive. When Gaylord got sick, he couldn't afford a doctor and what few free clinics are available were too overcrowded to help him. Gaylord, like those in impoverished countries around the world, suffers from the Plague. I'd like to think this just a one-of-a kind story, but it's not.

For the price of a cup of coffee a day, you too can sponsor an American like Gaylord and help end the Plague in his country. We're not asking you to solve America's problems, but with a simple donation, Canadians you can make a workd of difference to an American like Gaylord. Please, won't you give a small amount to help the Gaylords of America?

I wonder what his hospital bill is going to be?
