B.C.'s Central Coast braces for flooding

A local state of emergency has been declared for B.C.'s Central Coast where a flood warning is in place. The warning means that river levels in Bella Bella, Bella Coola, Kingcome and surrounding areas have or will soon be overflowing their banks.
