Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez and Libya's embattled leader Muammar Gaddafi have discussed plans for an international peacekeeping mission to mediate the crisis in Libya, say officials.

"Camandante Chavez"? The only positive thing that Fatso can do is to encourage the Colonel to take up a permanent vacation on the beach.
That is if the Libyan people don't get to him first so how him just how much they love him.

In my humble opinion there are 3 way those revolution can't be brouth to conclusion in the midle-east
1: Constitutionnal monarchy when possible
2: Outright removal of power and jail
3: And something that look like the French revolution
Caddafi will be guillotine. He has done to much to be forgiven!
