VANCOUVER � Gay and lesbian couples coming from the U.S. and other parts of the world to marry in B.C. are finding the old ���til death do us part� piece of the wedding service isn�t to be trifled with.

    If their marriage isn't recognized back home do they need a divorce? :mrgreen:

    �The problem with same-sex marriage is that if those people live in a country or state that doesn�t allow it, then they can�t get a divorce there, because their marriage isn�t recognized. That�s not the case with heterosexual marriages, where they can get a divorce at home.

    They wouldn't be able to remarry in those jurisdictions that recognize gay marriage (Canada, Massachsettes, etc). Tough poop I say, next time read the entire law.
