Agency launches chocolate price-fixing probe

Regulators are investigating allegations that the Canadian divisions of Nestle, Cadbury, Hershey and others have teamed up in a price-fixing scheme in the multibillion-dollar business of chocolate bars, company officials confirmed Wednesday.
