B.C. Court of Appeal quashes conviction of woman in toddler's death, calling it 'miscarriage of justice'

Tammy Bouvette, now 39, has long insisted she did not abuse or kill a toddler who became unresponsive in the bathtub while under her care in Cranbrook, B.C., in 2011. Her lawyers and the Crown now say Bouvette suffered a miscarriage of justice.
