David Mackereth from Dudley, West Midlands, says he lost his job at the DWP after the manager who recruited him asked whether he'd call a 6ft man with a beard 'madam'.

    Reading his comments, the guy is a fucking loony.

    Dr Mackereth quoted from the Bible at his Birmingham tribunal today, calling the book the 'infallible, inerrant word of God'.

    You could make the argument he only means the new testament, that has a lot of the really fucked up stuff taken out. But nope, he quotes old testament bullshit too.

    'The law of God in the Old Testament forbids cross-dressing: "The woman shall not wear that which pertaineth unto a man, neither shall a man put on a woman's garment: for all that do so are abomination unto the Lord thy God".'

    Lets look at what else his infallible book says shall we?

    "But if this thing be true, and the tokens of virginity be not found for the damsel: Then they shall bring out the damsel to the door of her father's house, and the men of her city shall stone her with stones that she die: because she hath wrought folly in Israel, to play the whore in her father's house: so shalt thou put evil away from among you." (Deuteronomy 22: 20-21)
    Hymen broken = death. Hope you don't play any sports ladies, cause good chance you gonna die for it.

    "For whatsoever man he be that hath a blemish, he shall not approach: a blind man, or a lame, or he that hath a flat nose, or any thing superfluous, Or a man that is brokenfooted, or brokenhanded, Or crookbackt, or a dwarf, or that hath a blemish in his eye, or be scurvy, or scabbed, or hath his stones broken. No man that hath a blemish of the seed of Aaron the priest shall come nigh to offer the offerings of the Lord made by fire: he hath a blemish; he shall not come nigh to offer the bread of his God." (Leviticus 21:18-21)

    Geez, hope this guy never meets a wounded vet. None of them are allowed to approach an alter of God if the Old Testament is infallible.

    "But if she bear a maid child, then she shall be unclean two weeks, as in her separation: and she shall continue in the blood of her purifying threescore and six days." (Leviticus 12:5)

    Give birth to a woman and you're unclean. Makes complete sense.

    "He that is wounded in the stones, or hath his privy member cut off, shall not enter into the congregation of the Lord."(Deuteronomy 23:1)

    Get testicular cancer (which, by the way, this guy would have to believe God is responsible for), you are unable to enter a church. Which means you're unable to atone for your sins and are going to hell. Wouldn't that mean that God is arbitrarily sending people to hell?

    But this book is infallible right? This bullshit isn't worth the paper it's printed on.

    Probably not the guy to hang your arguments hat on. Cause he's clearly out of his fucking mind. Anyone who quotes the old testament in any other practice than to mock it is a fucking idiot and should seek psychiatric help.
