Abdirizak Abdullahi Mohamed was flagged at the border as inadmissible due to the past convictions. This case is a testament that the system works, his lawyer says
Sometimes your missing of the obvious is so glaring I almost feel it's a waste of time to respond.
But, what the Hell, if I won't help you who will?
Nothing is being conflated here. The problem is the whole refugee system has fallen into a chaotic mess since the Liberals took over. Yes, even worse than before. Multiple times worse.
And one single example of somebody doing something right doesn't change that. The problem is too large for one anomaly to be anything but meaningless.
Actually one could talk about the whole immigration system under Ahmed Hussen. One example of doing something right wouldn't mean anything there either.
I can put it even simpler if you're still having problems. We don't even need the Marissa Shen story you'd like to avoid considering.
Hundreds of border jumpers are illegally jumping the border every day to claim refugee status since Trudeau's idiotic invitation? That was started what? Two years ago.
So on February 27th after a couple years of thousands of phony refugee claimants abusing the system, somebody at the National Post has a major scoop for us and Doc is busting at the gut to tell us all about it.

As expected. Youre trying to conglate 2 completely separate things that have absolutely nothing to do with each other.
Oh and here are several hundred more one single examples of rejected Roxham road claimants for you and this article only applies to Haitians.
Haitian asylum seeker 'living in hell' 6 months after deportation from Quebec
Amid violent protests and civil unrest, the Canada Border Services Agency halted deportations to Haiti on Friday, offering a temporary reprieve for 421 Haitian nationals still under an enforceable removal order.
Unfortunately this reprieve came too late for Oberne Pierre, a Haitian asylum seeker whose claim was denied after a year of living in Quebec.
Pierre crossed into Quebec at Roxham Road in the summer of 2017, but his refugee claim was denied and he was deported in August 2018.
Guy born and raised in shithole country breaks into Canada. Decides he prefers Canada's welfare system to life in shithole country.
We interviewed this one brave Canadian below and discovered he has the solution. Stop guarding the border. Open it to any and all claiming to come from shithole countries.

Well yeah. A single report of a single incident from a bribed and biased news organization involving a single individual who has questionable problems always busts the infinite problems of millions over time and space wide open.

Sounds like the system works just fine.
It does? Haiti was declared a non-refugee state in 2016. In 2017 a Haitian showed up at the border declaring refugee status. He was given it. Today he is attempting to sue the Quebec govt because he thinks he should be entitled to put his kids into a subsidized daycare program that 2/3 of actual citizens with kids in Quebec can't get into. Nothing like having some shit-pump show up unannounced and then demanding "their entitlements" from the rest of us.
Very well...what about this one?
Syrian refugee Ibrahim Ali is charged with murder of Vancouver schoolgirl Marrisa Shen, 13, a case that stunned Canada

This example you have of the government under pressure doing one thing right is nothing more than damage control.
There should be a couple hundred examples of it every day as a serious attempt to regain order under law.
No you wait...are you saying a single example proves or disproves the efficacy of the Canadian refugee program.

What does one have to do with the other? Youre trying ro conflate the Syrian Refugee program with illegall border crossers?? Seems dishonest.
