A wet spring has meant fewer wildfires in Alberta and Saskatchewan, but fire officials aren't taking anything for granted. Some long-range forecasts predict a hotter and drier than normal summer on the Prairies.

    21�C and sunny here. Fire department is out doing controlled burns along the lake so kids can't intentionally set fire to it at 3 in the morning and burn houses down.
