The next time you hear a Canadian politician use the word "billion," casually,

think about whether you want that politician spending your tax money.


A billion is a difficult number to comprehend, but one advertising

agency did a good job of putting that figure into perspective in one of its

releases:


A billion seconds ago it was 1959.

A billion minutes ago Jesus was alive.

A billion hours ago our ancestors were living in the Stone Age.

A billion days ago no-one walked on two feet on earth.


A billion dollars ago could of been a second ago.

Ask your Canadian Conservative Government Member how fast they spend a billion.

Was only 23 hours and 29 minutes, the rate the

Conservative Government of Canada is spending it?

Why did they spend more tax dollars than any other party in Canadian history over a 12 month period!!
