However, this meeting will definitely take place, because it has been confirmed by representatives of the guarantor states.

Edit to this... never mind, they are staying. The woman who is my aunt and uncle's main contact with this family group has said that now 5 men from the family are now on the front lines and her husband is on patrol in nearby town so no, the others are not leaving, they will stay and fight. I pray their area does not meet the same fate as so many other small villages have. I have a picture of the house my grandfather was raised in (my aunt took a few years ago when they visited there) that is not unlike the countless ones we have seen destroyed for no reason whatsoever.
