I concur with the expansion of the disaster responce team, but would like to see some effort at avoiding impending disasters.<br /> <br /> Dennis Baker

DART is military--disaster relief is not a primary military function. They aren't trained for that.<br /> <br /> DART didn't even get to Sri Lanks until after everyone else ahd left. They had nothing to do that a nonmilitary organization couldn't have done.
