No where does it say in the Sikh holy book about homosexuality so for the "world's highest Sikh authority" to make such a demand is very unSikh like since the foundation of Sikhism is based on equality. <br /> <br /> I'd also like to point out this high Sikh authority should not even exist according to Sikh <b>philosophy</b> you'll notice I don't say religioin. Sikhism has morphed into something totally different then its original intention, as I'm sure with most other religions.<br /> <br /> Oh yeah, even though Sikhism supposedly abolished the caste system, it still very much exists among the Sikh community in India and here in Canada.<br /> <br /> At any rate, politicians need to stop imposing their brand of religion and morals onto others through laws.
