If someone want to traduce this in english, go ahead and thank you, I guess I'm too lazy right now.
"The donation of organs is a subject which I hold dear to my heart, without wanting to make bad puns. I invite you to sign the back of your health insurance card and/or to visit Here for more information on this subject."

Close? I wholly agree. If something unfortunate were to happen to me, I want that tragedy to benefit many others.
The traduction looks fine, thanks again

I don't understand why it is not the opposite, I mean people should do actions only if they don't want to give organes because of their believes.

I wonder what are the religions who allow and don't allow that. I don't know very much about that I'm baptised catholic but I'm atheist.

I think it would really help our healthcare and it will reduce the black market of organs, poor south americans and indians who sell a kidney for a couple of thousand dollars by a bad (probably) surgeon.

Yes I agree this is very important. One thing I didn't know was that even if you sign your drivers license, you must tell your family members as they can override your decision, another thing I just found out, that if you have had cancer, even if you are 'cured' you cannot later donate organs. So that reduces the numbers significantly. I would hate to get to the point where somebody hurries me up to die, so they can have my organs; I'd kinda like to use them myself as long as I can!

Sorry I don't know about religions that don't allow it, but I know they won't let you put it in the collection plate, too messy to count! (I know really bad)
