Many foreigners are tempted with this corrupt system and even when they are skilled enough to get through the official imigration system, they hesitate if it's not better to use instead the loose backdoor of Canada- the refugee system.<br /> <br /> I think that this is terrible and the Canadian government should correct the situation! The sooner, the better! <br /> <br /> I am a realist and I know that we cannot prevent completely fake refugees and immigrants with fake qualifications to get in, but at least, we can diminish drastically their number.
