OLIVER BLACK are honoured to be invited to participate in the coveted ‘One Night Stand’ showcase, Friday June 11th at The Rivoli. This showcase sponsored by entertainment law firm Sanderson-Taylor, is known for breaking hot new artists. Past performers include Billy Talent (Atlantic), Three Days Grace (Jive), The New Deal (Jive) and K-OS (EMI/Astrelworks), who have gone on to sign major recording contracts.

“We are pumped to play the festival, especially to be chosen for this showcase. A great way to kickoff the summer shows !”
- Serena Pruyn - lead singer of OLIVER BLACK

OLIVER BLACK recently signed with Canada‘s ‘Booking Agency of The Year’, The Agency Group (Nickelback, Evanesence, The White Stripes) and are currently sharing the summer stages with such established artists as Default, The Trews, Sam Roberts and Thornley. The band returns to rock the Rivoli again for NXNE, after previous sold out performances in both January and May. In addition to a busy touring schedule this summer, the band are currently writing and recording material for their much anticipated full length debut, slated for release in early 2005.
