I guess you didn’t read the article and are just reacting to the Sun’s typically sensational headline.

Kathleen
Wynne divorced her husband Phil Cowperthwaite in 1991 to hook up with her lesbian lover, Jane Rounthwaite, who she married in 2005.
Professionally Kathy was elected into office for Dalton McGuinty's Liberals in 2003. She was soon a bigwig in his cabinet, jumping around from cabinet post to cabinet post. Wikipedia brags her up as " the province's first openly lesbian cabinet minister."
In 2009 - four years before assuming office as Prime Minister - she was the Minister of Education, and a favored daughter of the McGuinty administration. She had connections.
Now let's go to the article:

David Rounthwaite, brother of Wynne’s wife, Jane, was appointed to the $210,000-a-year job effective March 7.
A spokesman for eHealth said Rounthwaite has been general counsel for the giant agency charged with getting health records online for more than four years — before Wynne became premier.
Rounthwaite’s appointment has not yet been confirmed by cabinet.
Now let's look at this
