I wouldn't worry about it. You're in no danger of doing what I do on the main page. I use mainstream links for the news page. But the way I understand it stuff like your TheSource, or AltNet links are generally posted within, on the board. So you did it correctly. You don't have to apologize for not being me. Nobody expects that level of achievement from you. I mean c'mon. You're you. Here's the Mainstream version of this story of the teen who fell, jumped or was pushed from a roof. http://www.capitolhilltimes.com/2015/12 ... -buidling/$1: UPDATE: Family Of Teen Who Died From Fall In Capitol Hill Have Many Unanswered Questions
By Brandon Macz
The cause and manner of death for 16-year-old Hamza Warsame, the teenager who fell six stories from a Capitol Hill building on Saturday and later died from his injuries, is being withheld by the King County Medical Examiner’s Office pending a Seattle Police investigation.
Ikram Warsame told the Capitol Hill Times on Tuesday her family was still searching for answers after burying her brother that afternoon, but has received very little information from the Seattle Police Department.
“No one who has just heard his story and know about him would believe he committed suicide,” she said.
While Ikram finds the circumstances surrounding her brother’s death suspicious, she said her family had not received any information that would validate a Facebook post Tuesday alleging her brother was beaten and thrown from a six-story balcony. That post generated the hashtag #Justice4Hamza, which went viral on Twitter on Tuesday.
Medics responded to the 300 block of Summit Avenue East on Saturday afternoon and rushed Warsame to Harborview Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.
“As for whether he was beaten or not before he died, we do not know that,” Ikram said. “That was information we were supposed to be provided with tonight.”
According to the SPD Blotter, Seattle Assistant Police Chief Robert Merner is overseeing this case. Merner was supposed to meet with Warsame’s family at their home today, Ikram said, but police then requested the family meet with him at the department. She said her family hopes to learn more on Wednesday.
“It makes absolutely no sense when we should have been provided answers from the beginning,” she said. Warsame was a junior at Rainier Beach High School and in the Running Start program, taking college-level courses at Seattle Central, just as his sister had done.
Ikram said Warsame was a good student who dreamed of attending MIT and pursuing a computer science major. The last time Ikram saw her brother, she said he told her and their mother he was meeting a classmate to study at Seattle Central, but the location then changed to the student’s apartment several blocks from school.
“The next thing I know, I receive a phone call and my mother receives one from Harborview Medical Center saying my brother is dead,” Ikram said. “It just seems very suspicious.”
She said the King County Medical Examiner’s Office also hasn’t released details to her family about how Warsame died, but there had been enough suspicion for the office to request keeping his body another day. Ikram said it is customary in the Muslim religion to perform a funeral immediately after someone dies.
“As soon as we were able to get his body, we did bury him,” Ikram said, “and I’m thankful for that.”
Warsame was buried in a Kent cemetery on Tuesday, and he was prayed for at the Abu-Bakr Islamic Center in Tukwila.
Online speculation has been rampant, with many on social media speculating that Warsame’s death was the result of a hate crime. Ikram said her brother never complained about being the victim of prejudice for being a Muslim, but there is still little that she does know about how Warsame died.
Seattle Police are aware of the online responses to Warsame’s death, and have responded multiple times on Twitter, stating there has been no information to make investigators believe this is a homicide case.
“I need to know the reason why this happened, how it happened, how it all started,” Ikram said. “We’re just as confused as everyone else.”
A Rainier Beach High School communications representative states in an email that counselors have been available to students and are planning to make a card available for “students to sign and leave messages — to remember and grieve.” School staff also met earlier today to discuss other potential plans, such as a vigil.
Seattle Central spokesman David Sandler said this was Warsame’s first quarter at the college, and the administration has been providing police with information related to his academic involvement.
“We have some things that are in the works, nothing confirmed right now,” Sandler said of a potential future event for Warsame “Our intention is to mark the passing of the student in some way that will be meaningful to our campus community.” I believe the the version below from TheSource.com might be the one DD is ashamed to link to. http://thesource.com/2015/12/09/muslim- ... or-window/So the mainstream version is titled: Family Of Teen Who Died From Fall In Capitol Hill Have Many Unanswered QuestionsThe more CAIR-friendly, DD approved version the following day from TheSource is titled: MUSLIM TEEN DIES AFTER BADLY BEATEN BODY IS THROWN OUT OF SIXTH FLOOR WINDOW

When a white guy is beaten and thrown from a window, is it 'caucasiaphobia'?

Perhaps you should wait until the story is actually true before you post it.

I laughed at your outrage here because you don't know the significance of the Capitol Hill neighborhood in Seattle, do you? It's Seattle's homosexual and lesbian neighborhood. They even have rainbow flags painted in their streets. And the hot trend with Muslims these days is to beat homosexuals to death and throw them off of rooftops. https://www.google.com/?gws_rd=ssl#q=ga ... m+buildingMeaning that in all probability this Muslim boy was a homosexual who was 'hooking up' with a male friend and not only are you defending him you're very likely criticizing your fellow Muslims who murdered him in the name of your religion. You made my day! ![Drink up [B-o]](./images/smilies/drinkup.gif)

desertdude desertdude: Who needs news outlets anyways, when I can just make up my own shit. Do you say that into the mirror every morning. Because you're the one who chose the story from the disreputable "Source" with the inflammatory title.

It galls you that you posted a topic in defense of a likely homosexual, doesn't it?

The boy, Hamza Warsame, was thrown from the roof at 322 Summit Avenue East in Seattle. As to my suspicion that he was murdered by another Muslim or Muslims it is of note to point out that just about seven weeks ago and in almost the exact same location an Ethiopian was suspected of attacking and robbing a man just because he was gay. http://www.capitolhillseattle.com/2015/ ... d-robbery/$1: V/ described the Suspect as a Black male, early to mid-twenties, 6’0, medium build, with very short hair, a narrow/slender face, a prominent and wide nose and thin lips. The suspect was reported to be wearing a Pale Yellow t-shirt and dark jeans. V/ said that when the suspect spoke English, that it was with an accent, that sounded to him (V/ ) like it was possibly an Ethiopian accent. Warsame attended Rainier Beach High School which is about ten miles south of where he died. Meaning that he didn't live in Capitol Hill and while he may not have been gay he may well have been mistaken for a homosexual by someone who had worked themselves up to committing murder. He may also have been lured to the apartment building by someone who wanted to kill him.

Public_Domain Public_Domain: Fiddle, you posted a story the other day that was false as fuck, the Mexican cartel that supposedly threatened ISIS. Real silly to pretend you're batting a hundred. Go there and argue that. I'll check it out. Bringing it here is just trolling for a diversion. Right now I don't know what you're talking about, but I suspect it's just more far left inflammatory bullshit. In any case I believe my claim was that I use mainstream links on the news page. I think I know the one you're talking about and yeah I think I'm still batting a hundred. Go there and try to prove me wrong.

Hey, yesterday I posted something that turned out to be two years old. One of my 'friends' sent it to me as if it were current news and it wasn't. I got trolled. It happens. Sometimes all you can do is eat the crow and move on.

Actually, you know what. I just remembered something.
Not with the one PD is talking about. As I recall that's Financial Times which is mainstream, but I did use blogs twice over the years when I got frustrated with others doing it continually. In both cases though the information was factual.
But yeah, nobody truly bats a hundred. I got reamed for shortening a too long title and changing the context last week. That much of the critique was correct and I'll give an oops when I'm wrong. So oops on that bit.
I'm not wrong here though. DD is wrong for jumping to conclusions when more credible sources were available.
Even if his claim turns out to be correct, he's wrong on the process.
