They have been in the news about 4 times in the past few months for seizing the wrong house, damaging it during the seizure and then flatly refusing to fix the damages even though they are well aware they are in the wrong.

Someone needs to take them to task. How do your records indicate foreclosure when your paying you mortgae every month? And I don't care if someone does default on their mortgage it doesn't give them the right to damage furniture and act like a bunch of thugs, disgusting.

The last time they did it they not only foreclosed on a house that was fully paid off but one that had their mortgage with another bank.
