Lots of reading, and there aren't true "Facts" about these courses, they're opinions. Say the wrong opinion, prepare to be marginalized.

there r true facts but it's like walking blindfolded around a elephant...hard to know what real or just opinions huh

when i was in college..i was in my late 30's...varied opinion were accepted...of course it was some of the courses at the University of California

diverse opinions were accepted and appreciated and they made for much discussion and moved the learning process along

It depends on the teacher, actually. The University of Windsor is rather good for suppressing teacher bias in the classroom, but you can't do much with marks or anything

Nor their teaching assistants...but what can you do? It's not like future careers will care just as long as you graduate.

i was in school during the Marx Marcusi UCSD phase when i was very young...and i had a logic teacher who went to Europe every year because he said he had to balance out 2 semester of vanilla American thought

his course on existentialism was undefinable..but if he knew he had u thinking thru the whole thing u got an A no matter what conclusions u came too.....

It is good to be back. I'm on a daytime shift now and have been trying to get back on more. Had boy/girl twins back in Feb and they are finally going to bed at a decent time, giving me more on-line time. Facebook got me sidetracked too but I've kinda gotten burned out on the apps there. Things around here are much more entertaining
